Data Deletion Policy

Prociro LLC, operator of Nybero, respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data held by the Service.
How to request deletion
Submit a request through our contact form (topic "Privacy"), with the subject "Data Deletion Request", and include:
- The email address associated with your Nybero account, or
- The phone number whose contact data you want deleted, and
- The name of the business (workspace) you interacted with, if known.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 5 business days.
- We verify the request to protect against fraudulent deletion.
- We delete the relevant personal data, and instruct or assist the controlling business customer to do the same where the data was processed on their behalf, within 30 days.
- We complete the deletion and confirm to you.
Account holders
If you have a Nybero account, you can also delete your workspace data from within the app, or request full account deletion via the form above. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing records) for the legally mandated period.
End users (message recipients)
If you received WhatsApp messages sent through Nybero and want your data removed, you can reply STOP to opt out, and/or use our contact form to request deletion. As a data processor, we will action your request and coordinate with the business that holds your data.
