Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Nybero, operated by Prociro LLC. It exists to keep messaging recipients safe and to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Consent and opt-in
- Only message contacts who have given clear, prior opt-in consent to be contacted by your business on the channel used.
- Keep records of consent. Honor opt-out requests (e.g., STOP) immediately.
- Do not import or message purchased, scraped, or rented contact lists.
Prohibited content and conduct
- No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or harassment.
- No illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive content.
- No malware, or links to malicious or deceptive sites.
- No hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise abusive content.
- No content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- No promotion of restricted goods (e.g., weapons, illicit drugs) where prohibited.
- No impersonation of Nybero, Prociro LLC, Meta, or any other person or business.
Platform compliance
You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms, Meta's Commerce and Platform policies, and all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam and data-protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or disconnect channels to protect recipients, the platform, and our upstream providers. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant platform or authorities.
